Robert Morison III
Robert is a technical director and video producer with over 8 years of professional experience. He began his career during his senior year of high school when he became a freelance production assistant in the Philadelphia area. Over the course of the next 5 years, he would work with companies such as Donnybrook Productions, Jamestown Associates, PWPvideo, and Kphat Productions on projects including feature films, television pilots, commercials, and web videos.
As he continued his production assistant work, Robert would attend Stevenson University as a Film & Moving Image major starting in 2016. During this time, he would focus on cinematography and editing, gaining valuable experience both in his academics and his additional work opportunities with VPC, Inc. This experience would culminate in the production of 3 short films during his senior year. He was the Director and Editor for Kingdom of One as well the Editor for Alang & David and A Soldier’s Pain.
After his graduation in 2020, Robert would land positions with the National Hockey League as an Arena Technical Coordinator as well as The MARCOM Group, Ltd. as an Associate Producer. He would remain with MARCOM until August 2023, but still holds his post with National Hockey League to this day.
Today, Robert works as a Freelance Technical Director with a focus on esports productions. He has worked with several brands and clients in his 2 years’ experience including Microsoft, Call of Duty League Challengers, NBA 2K League, WxC, ClutchGG, Ishoni Esports, and Esports Rec Leagues. Working with vMix, ATEM, and OBS systems, Robert has built a reputation of high-quality broadcasting across multiple platforms including Twitch and YouTube.
